I do have days when I'm too lazy to buy 'nasi lemak' for breakfast & I find it convenient to have a small basket of Okinawan sweet potatoes at home.
They're easy to cook + a great source of fiber & antioxidants!:-)
Method:
1) Steam the potatoes between 20-60 minutes, depending on size & gas heat
